The Epley Maneuver helps move tiny crystals (canaliths) in your inner ear back into place, reducing dizziness and restoring balance. Follow along step by step as I demonstrate how to do it correctly at home. ✨ In this video, you’ll learn: • Step-by-step Epley Maneuver instructions • Safety tips before trying this exercise✨ Steps to perform the maneuver: Epley Maneuver – Right Side 1. Start Sitting • Sit upright on the bed with your legs extended. • Turn your head 45° to the right (toward the affected ear). 2. Lie Back Quickly • Keeping your head turned, lie back quickly so your head is hanging slightly off the edge of the bed (about 20° tilt backward). • Stay here 30–60 seconds, or until dizziness stops
