💙 Welcome to Rehab With Shaina! 💙 Are you struggling with vertigo or BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)? 🤕 This video will guide you through the Epley Maneuver, a safe and effective exercise commonly recommended for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). The Epley Maneuver helps move tiny crystals (canaliths) in your inner ear back into place, reducing dizziness and restoring balance. Follow along step by step as I demonstrate how to do it correctly at home. ✨ In this video, you’ll learn: • Step-by-step Epley Maneuver instructions • Safety tips before trying this exercise✨ Steps to perform the maneuver: Epley Maneuver – Right Side 1. Start Sitting • Sit upright on the bed with your legs extended. • Turn your head 45° to the right (toward the affected ear). 2. Lie Back Quickly • Keeping your head turned, lie back quickly so your head is hanging slightly off the edge of the bed (about 20° tilt backward). • Stay here 30–60 seconds, or until dizziness stops
